someone anyone you are committed<font color="#CCCCCC"> to</font> eating a healthier diet you are committed to living a healthier lifestyle you've seen a<font color="#E5E5E5"> lot of</font> information you've read a lot of books you<font color="#CCCCCC"> went out you bought a lot of</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> produce</font>

you've tried it and it stuck well for maybe about one or two weeks<font color="#E5E5E5"> and then</font> all of a sudden<font color="#E5E5E5"> the pitfall right you</font> hit the pitfall what I have noticed<font color="#E5E5E5"> is</font> that when<font color="#CCCCCC"> people first start this</font> lifestyle they get super enthusiastic

about it there is a passion like none other for eating healthy when they first <font color="#E5E5E5">encountered this lifestyle which</font><font color="#CCCCCC"> is</font> amazing<font color="#E5E5E5"> and then they do it</font><font color="#CCCCCC"> for about</font> two weeks and they feel amazing you are inspired you're going and then all of a

sudden two weeks<font color="#E5E5E5"> later you hit this fall</font> you have no energy lack<font color="#CCCCCC"> of motivation</font> cravings come up you're worried about money you're getting pressure from your family<font color="#E5E5E5"> and your friends and what ends up</font> happening you give up you give up<font color="#CCCCCC"> on</font>

your body you give up<font color="#E5E5E5"> on your health</font> because you think it's<font color="#E5E5E5"> just too much and</font> for whatever reason that<font color="#CCCCCC"> it may have</font> then you<font color="#E5E5E5"> think that you failed and you</font> think that diet just wasn't for me that lifestyle just wasn't for me the truth

is is that anyone<font color="#CCCCCC"> can achieve this</font> lifestyle anyone<font color="#E5E5E5"> can do</font><font color="#CCCCCC"> this lifestyle</font> as long as they have the tools and<font color="#CCCCCC"> the</font> knowledge on how to overcome certain barriers that they may encounter in the beginning of this diet this lifestyle

and me sharing with you these five things I'm hoping that<font color="#CCCCCC"> you</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> can see that</font> <font color="#CCCCCC">you can jump these hurdles</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> you can</font> <font color="#E5E5E5">overcome these challenges and you can</font> live<font color="#CCCCCC"> the healthy lifestyle that</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> you</font> desire I'm here<font color="#CCCCCC"> to support you let's</font>

create health success together I want<font color="#CCCCCC"> to</font> see you<font color="#E5E5E5"> succeed at this lifestyle so</font> <font color="#E5E5E5">hopefully me sharing these top</font><font color="#CCCCCC"> five</font> <font color="#E5E5E5">reasons with you and the solutions to</font> <font color="#E5E5E5">these reasons will help you not only</font> identify the problem that you may<font color="#CCCCCC"> have</font>

had but also give you a solution<font color="#E5E5E5"> so that</font> you can be<font color="#E5E5E5"> successful and happy and</font> healthy in this lifestyle<font color="#E5E5E5"> number two</font> onal number one the number one reason <font color="#E5E5E5">that people fail at eating a raw vegan</font> diet or a vegan lifestyle is that they

are<font color="#E5E5E5"> not consuming enough calories or</font> their calorie restricting most people feel really really great the first two weeks<font color="#CCCCCC"> that they're doing this lifestyle</font> they lose<font color="#CCCCCC"> weight their energy goes up</font> they feel amazing they're energized and

then all of a sudden<font color="#E5E5E5"> two weeks</font><font color="#CCCCCC"> later</font> their energy just pitfalls they have no energy all they want to do is sleep <font color="#E5E5E5">they're wondering why they're tired all</font> the time<font color="#E5E5E5"> and usually when</font><font color="#CCCCCC"> I sit down</font> <font color="#CCCCCC">with somebody and I go</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> through their</font>

calories with them after they've been <font color="#CCCCCC">eating this diet for about one or two</font> weeks what we usually find is that they're not<font color="#E5E5E5"> eating enough calories I</font> know some<font color="#CCCCCC"> people who</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> were living or</font> eating off of 300 to 700 calories a day

doing this lifestyle and they were thinking<font color="#CCCCCC"> that</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> they were eating a lot of</font> food and then they were wondering<font color="#E5E5E5"> why</font> they were<font color="#E5E5E5"> tired all of the time keep in</font> mind that fruits and veggies are higher in water content but lower in calories

which means you have to<font color="#E5E5E5"> eat enough of</font> them to be<font color="#E5E5E5"> able to get the amount of</font> energy you need to sustain yourself for instance one banana has 100 calories in order for you to get 2,000 calories in

your day if<font color="#E5E5E5"> you were eating just bananas</font> you would need to<font color="#E5E5E5"> eat 20 bananas not</font> telling you to eat 20 bananas I'm trying to give<font color="#E5E5E5"> you an idea of the amount of</font> volume that<font color="#E5E5E5"> you need to consume to have</font> enough calories a lot of<font color="#CCCCCC"> people are also</font>

very used to calorie restricting when it comes to dieting but<font color="#CCCCCC"> the truth is is</font> that diets are never successful skip the diet just eat healthy achieve the lifestyle this lifestyle is about food freedom it is not<font color="#E5E5E5"> about calorie</font>

restriction I love eating<font color="#E5E5E5"> fully raw</font> because it is about abundance and color and life and so so much more I love being able<font color="#E5E5E5"> to eat a giant bowl of fruit</font> and not have any guilt about this fully raw food is guilt free food if<font color="#E5E5E5"> you're</font>

not sure<font color="#E5E5E5"> about how many calories you</font> need to be consuming get my book there's a 21 day meal plan food guide in there for you<font color="#E5E5E5"> that shows you exactly what to</font> eat exactly how many calories and fruits and veggies you need to be consuming and

basically telling you that you can eat more you can have<font color="#CCCCCC"> your fruit and eat it</font> too go for it the number two reason why <font color="#E5E5E5">people fail at this diet or this</font> lifestyle is poor daily planning and an inadequate produce stash in your home or

wherever it<font color="#CCCCCC"> is that you may be every</font> single night before I go to sleep I think<font color="#CCCCCC"> about what I'm going to be eating</font> <font color="#E5E5E5">the next day and it can</font><font color="#CCCCCC"> be as simple as</font> you know what I have this in the refrigerator I'm gonna make<font color="#E5E5E5"> myself fat</font>

juice in the morning I<font color="#E5E5E5"> have that fruit</font> in the fridge I'm<font color="#E5E5E5"> gonna have a bowl of</font> fruit for lunch and for dinner I know I can stop by my<font color="#CCCCCC"> co-op</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> on the way home get</font> some greens and this and I can make myself a salad<font color="#E5E5E5"> that right there is as</font>

easy as<font color="#CCCCCC"> it needs to</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> be just so that</font> you're mentally prepared<font color="#E5E5E5"> to take on the</font> next day<font color="#E5E5E5"> because</font><font color="#CCCCCC"> when you go into your</font> <font color="#E5E5E5">day focused and knowing what's going to</font> happen you're less likely to yourself in a place of panic or

unknowing of what you're going to<font color="#E5E5E5"> be</font> doing many<font color="#E5E5E5"> people simply don't plan out</font> their days they don't plan out their weeks they don't buy enough food and <font color="#E5E5E5">they find themselves falling short and</font> grabbing something else that may be

available so<font color="#CCCCCC"> if you can buy yourself a</font> little planner book think out what you're gonna eat every<font color="#E5E5E5"> day and just</font> write out exactly what you need to get <font color="#E5E5E5">from the grocery store</font><font color="#CCCCCC"> and fill up your</font> home with good food if you put good food

in your home you're going to eat good food if you fill up your home with bad food you're going to eat bad food prepare to plan or plan<font color="#E5E5E5"> to fail number</font> <font color="#E5E5E5">three addiction emotion self-sabotage</font> and cravings a lot of<font color="#CCCCCC"> people</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> are</font>

addicted to bad foods a lot of bad foods have addictive chemicals in them a lot <font color="#CCCCCC">of people stuff themselves to stuff</font> their emotions a lot of<font color="#E5E5E5"> people have</font> emotional ties to foods that may be comfortable<font color="#CCCCCC"> for them and a lot of people</font>

<font color="#CCCCCC">really battle cravings all of these are</font> <font color="#E5E5E5">different topics that I'm going</font><font color="#CCCCCC"> to</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> be</font> addressing in a future video to give<font color="#CCCCCC"> you</font> my tips on how to really dig<font color="#CCCCCC"> deep and</font> overcome those emotions but<font color="#E5E5E5"> in the</font> <font color="#CCCCCC">meantime what I invite</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> you to do is</font><font color="#CCCCCC"> just</font>

to<font color="#CCCCCC"> be conscious of those when you're</font> hungry are you eating out<font color="#CCCCCC"> of emotion are</font> you eating out<font color="#CCCCCC"> of necessity start</font> becoming present with your emotions as you're eating next time you find yourself saying I<font color="#CCCCCC"> need to eat something</font>

ask yourself why do I want<font color="#E5E5E5"> to use</font> something<font color="#E5E5E5"> unhealthy here why do I want</font> <font color="#E5E5E5">to break the chains of my healthy streak</font> what is it that<font color="#CCCCCC"> is making you want to go</font> in the opposite direction number four<font color="#CCCCCC"> is</font> societal pressures let's be honest most

people give up on their diets because their family didn't approve or their friends made front of them it can be uncomfortable sometimes to be that one person at the table who says<font color="#CCCCCC"> no I'm</font> sorry<font color="#E5E5E5"> I</font><font color="#CCCCCC"> don't eat this but you know what</font>

I've learned is that if I'm not living for myself and I'm<font color="#E5E5E5"> living for somebody</font> else then I'm not really<font color="#E5E5E5"> living it all</font> I'm happiest when I make choice for myself<font color="#CCCCCC"> that I know are good for me</font> when I make choices based upon what

other people will think I and the one I am the one who ends up feeling resentful and keep in mind that resentment is like poison it's like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die live for yourself set your boundaries stand

up<font color="#E5E5E5"> for yourself share this lifestyle</font> with others<font color="#E5E5E5"> because the moment that you</font> decide to share it with<font color="#E5E5E5"> others and</font> spread this<font color="#E5E5E5"> message with joy they will</font> most<font color="#E5E5E5"> likely not</font><font color="#CCCCCC"> just accept you for this</font> and love you for this but maybe perhaps

they'll want<font color="#E5E5E5"> to join in this journey</font> with you as well<font color="#E5E5E5"> be brave stand up for</font> yourself live your life based upon what makes you<font color="#CCCCCC"> happy and</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> not other people</font> happy numero Cinco one of the biggest complaints that I get from people all of

the time when trying to<font color="#E5E5E5"> do this</font> lifestyle is are you<font color="#E5E5E5"> ready are you ready</font> for this one money money money is a very sensitive<font color="#E5E5E5"> topic it</font><font color="#CCCCCC"> is a very</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> difficult</font> topic especially when trying to afford enough fruits and veggies trying to

afford organic to source the produce it can be very<font color="#E5E5E5"> complicated it can be</font> daunting can be frustrating<font color="#E5E5E5"> for people</font> I've already made two videos on how to afford eating fully raw on a budget if I can recommend to you to find your local

farmers markets your<font color="#E5E5E5"> coops to buy by the</font> case to buy and bold also look up the list called<font color="#CCCCCC"> the</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> Dirty Dozen this shows</font> you what fruits and vegetables that you can buy organic and conventional to save you the right amount<font color="#E5E5E5"> of money and</font><font color="#CCCCCC"> I'll</font>

put that<font color="#E5E5E5"> link below for me I've noticed</font> <font color="#E5E5E5">that when I transition into this</font> lifestyle I spent a<font color="#CCCCCC"> lot of money</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> on</font> medical bills electricity things that I didn't need and you want to know<font color="#E5E5E5"> what's</font> funny is that I save more now than I did

years ago I may spend a lot more money <font color="#E5E5E5">on my food but I spend a</font><font color="#CCCCCC"> lot less money</font> on everything else also keep in mind that your health is an investment<font color="#E5E5E5"> you</font> are priceless your health is priceless being able to live a long happy

a stress free pain-free life is priceless you may be thinking now that you could<font color="#E5E5E5"> never make it work or</font><font color="#CCCCCC"> that</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> you</font> would rather just eat something cheap and less expensive but I'm<font color="#E5E5E5"> telling you</font> <font color="#E5E5E5">that it is worth it where there's a will</font>

there's a way start budgeting your<font color="#CCCCCC"> funds</font> accordingly start figuring out how to bargain shop with your produce it is possible I'm going<font color="#E5E5E5"> to put some links</font> below for you that way you can check those out as well<font color="#CCCCCC"> I right</font><font color="#E5E5E5"> you guys those</font>
